    Download the 'TrainHeroic' app from your app store. Once installed, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions to set up your account and connect with your trainer.
  • What is a ZoomFit Meeting?
    A ZoomFit Meeting is a one-on-one video chat with your trainer to discuss your progress, address any questions, and set goals. These sessions allow for in-depth support tailored to your journey.
  • How does my feedback impact my program?
    Your feedback directly shapes your training plan. It helps us understand your strengths, areas for improvement, and preferences, allowing us to adjust your program to better meet your needs.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Use what you have at home or any gym equipment available to you. Just let your trainer know what equipment you can access, and we’ll adapt your workout plan to ensure effectiveness and accessibility.
  • How often will I interact with my coach?
    You can message your trainer anytime on WhatsApp, with quick response times. Additionally, we offer an initial ZoomFit Meeting and optional follow-up sessions based on your needs.
  • Should I do online or in person training?
    Online personal training offers flexibility, customized workouts, and affordability, ideal for those who prefer convenience. It’s effective for self-motivated clients aiming for fitness goals on their own schedule. In-person training provides hands-on guidance and immediate feedback, perfect for those who benefit from face-to-face interaction and real-time support.
  • Who is online personal training best suited for?
    Online personal training is ideal for people with busy schedules, those who prefer working out on their own time, or anyone looking for expert guidance without needing to visit a gym. It’s also perfect for clients with some experience working out, as they’ll receive ongoing support and accountability.
  • Can I try a program before committing?
    Absolutely! Complete our Fly High With Us Questionnaire, and at the end, you can choose to schedule a $30 Discovery Call. This call will allow us to discuss your needs and see if our program is the right fit for you.
  • What if I miss a workout?
    Life happens! If you miss a workout, simply let your trainer know, and they’ll help you adjust your program so you stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.
  • How quickly will I see results?
    Results vary based on individual goals, starting points, and consistency. Many clients start feeling stronger and more energized within the first few weeks. Your trainer will work with you to set realistic milestones and track your progress over time.
  • What if I have an injury or specific health concerns?
    Your safety is our priority. If you have an injury or health condition, please let us know. Our programs can be modified to accommodate specific needs, ensuring you get a safe, effective workout.
  • Is there a commitment period for the monthly program?
    Yes, there’s an initial 3-month commitment to ensure you have enough time to see real progress and build consistency. After the first three months, the program shifts to a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to continue or adjust as needed.
  • What if I don’t have access to Wi-Fi or data for the app?
    While the TrainHeroic app and WhatsApp are our main communication tools, we can provide alternative support if you don’t have consistent internet access. Just let us know, and we’ll work with you to find the best way to keep you on track.
